Perfect spot in Madrid!

I loved my stay in the deluxe triple room! Super clean and modern vibe. The beds were really comfy, and the shower? Just awesome. Plus, the location seriously couldn’t be better! Only thing was the breakfast could’ve offered more options. Overall, great place!

The location was great and surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helped us check into our room before the expected time. It was clean and bright, making our stay very pleasant. Plus, we enjoyed a lovely garden view from our room, adding to the charm.

The front door key is a hassle, needing mastery to open!!! The bathroom drain smells foul, forcing me to keep the door shut!!! A longer reception hours would really help, especially for emergencies!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hostal Palacio Luna! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gran Via, making it easy to explore. The room was super clean and had all the essentials. A lovely kettle for tea.

The key to the front door was difficult to use, and I found myself struggling multiple times, even needing assistance. Additionally, the bathroom drain emitted unpleasant odors that were quite off-putting, forcing me to keep the door shut. I was also unaware that the hostal was located on the third floor. it was a bit surprising to find a small lift available for use.
